By accessing or using the RackuPro mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

RackuPro provides a platform to connect users with professional racket stringing services for badminton, tennis, and squash rackets. Our services include:

• Online booking of stringing services
• Selection of string types and tension specifications
• Payment processing
• Order tracking and management
• Customer support

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order through the App:

• You provide accurate racket and service details
• You agree to pay the displayed price
• You understand that prices are subject to change
• Orders are subject to acceptance by our stringers

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• Payment is due at the time of order placement
• We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before processing begins
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days
• No refunds for completed services unless there is a service defect

5. Service Quality and Warranties

5.1 Service Standards

We strive to provide high-quality stringing services. However:

• We are not responsible for pre-existing racket damage
• String breakage during normal use is not covered
• We inspect rackets before stringing and will notify you of concerns

5.2 Warranty

We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on stringing services. This warranty covers defects in our stringing work but does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse or accidents
• String breakage from play

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Provide false or misleading information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RackuPro or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• RackuPro is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We make no warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RackuPro harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse our services or staff

You may also terminate your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
