We partner with Borzo, India's leading on-demand delivery service, for all pickups and deliveries. They're professionals, reliable, and frankly better at logistics than we ever could be!

3. Turnaround Time (Realistic Expectations)

Standard Service: 24-48 Hours

From the moment we pick up your racket to delivery, expect 24-48 hours. Here's the breakdown:

• ⏰ Pickup: Within 2-4 hours of booking (during business hours)
• 🔧 Stringing: 1-2 hours (we're thorough, not rushed)
• ✅ Quality Check: 30 minutes (every racket inspected)
• 🚚 Delivery: Next available slot (usually same day or next day)

Express Service: Same Day (When Available)

Need it faster? We offer same-day service subject to:

• Booking before 12 PM
• Service area availability
• Stringer availability
• Additional ₹200 charge

Please note: Borzo delivery times can vary based on traffic (this is Mumbai, after all 😅). If there's a delay, we'll keep you updated!

4. Delivery Charges (Spoiler: It's Free!)

All pickup and delivery charges are 100% FREE across our service areas. No hidden fees, no "convenience charges," no surprises.

What You Pay:

• 💰 String cost (if you want premium strings)
• 💰 That's it. Seriously.

6. Delivery Process (Step by Step)

Step 1: You Book

Via app, website, or phone call. Choose your preferred pickup time slot.

Step 2: We Schedule Pickup

Borzo delivery partner is assigned. You get their name, photo, and vehicle details.

Step 3: Pickup Happens

Partner arrives, collects your racket, provides receipt. Your racket is secured in protective packaging.

Step 4: We Work Our Magic

Racket reaches our workshop. We inspect, string, and quality-check it. You get a before/after photo.

Step 5: Delivery Scheduled

Once ready, we schedule delivery via Borzo. You can track in real-time.

Step 6: You Receive

Delivery partner hands over your racket. Check it on the spot! Not happy? Speak up immediately.

7. Packaging & Safety (We Care About Your Racket)

Your racket is precious cargo. We treat it that way:

• 🛡️ Protective Cover: Every racket gets a padded cover during transit
• 📦 Secure Packaging: Bubble wrap for extra-delicate rackets
• 🔒 Sealed Bags: Tamper-proof packaging
• 📸 Photo Documentation: We photograph your racket at pickup and before delivery
• ✍️ Condition Notes: Any existing damage is documented upfront

In 2000+ deliveries, we've had zero damage claims during transit. Knock on wood! 🪵

8. Delivery Issues & Resolution

8.1 Delayed Delivery

If delivery is delayed beyond promised time:

• Under 2 hours: We apologize profusely and update you
• 2-4 hours: ₹50 credit for next order
• Over 4 hours: ₹100 credit + sincere apologies
• Missed delivery window entirely: ₹200 credit + priority delivery next time

8.2 Failed Delivery Attempt

If delivery partner couldn't reach you:

• We'll try calling and messaging
• Re-schedule delivery at your convenience
• No extra charges for re-attempts

Pro tip: Make sure your phone number and address are correct. "Near the big tree" is great, but a landmark name is better! 😊

8.3 Lost or Damaged Racket

Extremely rare, but if it happens:

• Immediate investigation with Borzo
• Full refund + racket replacement cost up to ₹5,000 (Borzo insurance)
• For rackets valued over ₹5,000, we'll discuss additional compensation
• Resolved within 48 hours

9. Missed Pickups (It Happens)

Life is unpredictable. If you miss a scheduled pickup:

• ✅ First miss: Free re-schedule, no penalties
• ✅ Second miss (same order): Still free, but please try to be available 🙏
• ⚠️ Third miss: We might need to charge ₹100 to cover Borzo's costs

10. Special Instructions

Have specific delivery requirements? We accommodate:

• 🏢 Society/Building: "Meet at gate" or "Come to flat"
• 🕐 Time Preferences: "Only after 7 PM" or "Morning only"
• 🗣️ Language: Our partners speak Hindi, English, and Marathi
• 📝 Notes: "Ring bell twice" or "Call when nearby"
