When you use RackuPro, we collect:

• Name & Contact Details: So we know who to call when your racket is ready (and to avoid awkward "Is this... uh... Badminton Person?" conversations)
• Delivery Address: Because telepathic delivery isn't a thing yet
• Email Address: For order confirmations and the occasional "Hey, we miss you!" (but not spam, we promise)
• Phone Number: For WhatsApp updates and emergency "Where do you live again?" moments

1.2 App Usage Data

Our mobile app collects:

• Device Information: Phone model, OS version (to make sure the app doesn't crash on your fancy new phone)
• Location Data: Only when you book a service, to show nearby stringers. We're not tracking your midnight snack runs.
• App Activity: Which screens you visit, how long you stay (basically, understanding if our app is confusing or actually helpful)

1.3 Payment Information

Important: We use Razorpay for payments. Your credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank details go directly to Razorpay's super-secure servers. We never see or store your payment information. If we wanted to know your card number, we'd have to ask Razorpay nicely, and they'd say no. 🔒

What we DO see: Transaction ID, amount, and status (Success/Failed). That's it.

2. How We Use Your Information (Spoiler: Just For Racket Stuff)

3. Third-Party Services (Our Trusted Partners)

3.1 Razorpay (Payment Processing) 💳

Razorpay handles all payments. They're PCI-DSS compliant, which means they take security as seriously as a professional athlete takes equipment. When you pay, you're directly on Razorpay's secure platform.

3.2 Borzo (Delivery Service) 🚚

For doorstep pickup and delivery, we use Borzo. They need your address, phone number, and sometimes a landmark ("near the big mango tree") to find you. Borzo's delivery partners are background-verified professionals.

3.3 Google Play Services 📱

Our Android app uses Google Play Services for crash reporting, analytics, and making sure the app doesn't spontaneously combust. Google collects some data as per their policies.

4. Data Security (Fort Knox for Your Info)

We protect your data like we protect rackets in transit:

• 🔐 Encryption: All data transmission uses SSL/TLS encryption
• 🔒 Secure Storage: Database access is restricted to authorized personnel only
• 🛡️ Regular Audits: We regularly review our security practices
• 👥 Limited Access: Only team members who absolutely need your info can access it
• 🚫 No Selling: We never, ever, EVER sell your personal information

That said, no system is 100% hack-proof (not even NASA's). We do our best, but please use strong passwords and don't share your account!

5. Your Rights (You're In Control)

You have the right to:

• ✏️ Correct Information: Update your details anytime in the app or by contacting us
• 🗑️ Delete Your Account: Request account deletion (though we'll miss you!) - we'll wipe your data within 30 days
• 📴 Opt-Out of Marketing: Unsubscribe from promotional emails (but you'll still get order updates)
• 🚫 Restrict Processing: Ask us to stop using your data for certain purposes

6. Data Retention (How Long We Keep Your Stuff)

• Active Accounts: We keep your data as long as you're using RackuPro
• Inactive Accounts: After 3 years of inactivity, we'll archive your account
• Order History: Kept for 7 years for tax and audit purposes (legal requirement, not our choice!)
• Deleted Accounts: Completely removed within 30 days, except what we legally must retain

7. Cookies & Tracking (Not the Chocolate Chip Kind)

Our website uses cookies to:

• Show you relevant content

RackuPro is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to create an account for you. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover we have, we'll delete it faster than a smash shot.

9. International Users (We're Mumbai-Based)

RackuPro operates in India. If you're using our service from outside India, your data will be transferred to and processed in India. By using RackuPro, you consent to this transfer.

We comply with Indian data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

10. Changes to This Policy (We'll Let You Know)

We may update this policy occasionally (when laws change or we add new features). When we do:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• We'll notify you via email or app notification for major changes
• We'll give you 30 days to review before changes take effect

Continuing to use RackuPro after changes means you accept the new policy.
